All engagements, including audits and architectural interventions, are billed as fixed-fee, flat-rate contracts as explicitly stated on our service pages or within your custom Statement of Work (SOW). There are no hourly estimates, and no scope creep.
Invoices are issued upon execution of the Statement of Work (SOW). All fixed-fee engagements require a 50% retainer prior to the commencement of discovery or architectural mapping, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery of the executive blueprint or technical handover. We do not offer subscription or installment plans.
Both the parties warrant their power to enter this agreement and gained the approval to do so.
Due to the sensitive nature of our intellectual property, custom methodology, and the immediate allocation of principal engineering resources, engagements cannot be cancelled once discovery access is granted or architectural analysis has commenced. In the event of an unavoidable project halt initiated by the client, the full flat-fee balance remains due.
If a project has been abandoned in terms of approvals or specifications, based on the lack of any written communication between the client and the account manager for a period of at least 30 days then the project will be deemed as closed.
Closed Project is a project that has been either delivered in full or wasn't claimed for a period of at least 60 days and 365 Architect cannot be held liable after the stated time duration.
We reserve the right to terminate any assignment for any reason without any prior notice.
